NK EAGLES OPEN NEW OUTDOOR FACILITY

NK Eagles members were joined by PJ Reidy, President of Basketball Ireland, and other guests — including Paul Davis from Maynooth University and Peter Herbert from Tembec flooring suppliers — to celebrate the opening of a brand new and unique outdoor basketball arena. The site, located on Maynooth University campus, is open to all players and will be used frequently by NK Eagles teams for 3x3 matches and other events and activities. The court is grant-assisted under the sports capital and equipment programme of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht and Media through North Kildare Basketball. The club thank Maynooth University for working with us to make this exciting new facility.
